Even going off the measurements it’s too small and the material feels so cheap. And it’s so hard to get in touch with customer service.

I ordered a size based on what customer service said. It is way too small. Also, the material looks and feels super cheap. My wedding dress is the same size as this dress, and my wedding dress is actually too big. The material feels more like polyester and less like satin.

The fabric is good but I am ultra large on the chest, so I will not wear it, or I would have to take it to adjust it.

Excellent, as seen in the photo, soft fabric. The best thing is that they can do it to measure, that you should take them well, since you can look something strange on your shoulders.
